The short version: Loquo is designed around one principle — your data stays on your device. We do not collect your voice recordings, log entries, or personal information.
We do not have access to any of this data. It is stored in your device's local SwiftData database and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud account (which we also cannot access).
If you enable analytics (optional, off by default), we may receive anonymous event counts such as app launch count, feature usage events, and crash reports. This data is never linked to your identity and cannot be used to reconstruct your logs.
If you purchase Loquo Pro, your payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive only:
We do not receive your payment method, name, or billing address. All payment processing is handled by Apple.
If you enable iCloud sync, your log entries are stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit private database. Neither Apple nor Loquo can read the contents of your private CloudKit database. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in iOS Settings → iCloud.
Loquo uses Apple's on-device SFSpeechRecognizer for voice transcription. Your voice audio is:
Apple's own privacy policy governs the Speech framework. We do not have any access to this audio stream.
Loquo is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you via an in-app notice before the change takes effect. We will always post the current version here.

Loquo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Loquo. Our total liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
